KICU provides general information about Malaysian tax relief categories. We are NOT tax consultants, financial advisors, or representatives of LHDN.

4 ·Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the app for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to hack or disrupt the app
5 ·Your Data
- You own your receipt data
- You can export or delete anytime
- We handle data per our Privacy Policy
- You grant us license to process data to provide the service
6 ·Limitation of Liability
KICU is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of tax calculations
- Uninterrupted service
- That all receipts will scan correctly
We are not liable for tax penalties from incorrect claims, data loss, or any indirect damages.
7 ·Changes to the App
We may update features anytime, change pricing (currently free), or discontinue with 30 days notice.
8 ·Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
